In 2013, by fully implementing all required standards, Arka Northwest Refining and Energy Company successfully obtained national and international standard certifications. Currently, all products are manufactured in compliance with these standards and supplied to the market.
According to its future plans, Arka Northwest Refining and Energy Company intends to expand its production beyond standard bitumen products to include related by-products as well as polymer-modified bitumen, and introduce them to the market.

Quality Control Unit:
The Quality Control Unit of Arka Northwest Refining and Energy Company occupies an area of 250 square meters and is equipped with the latest Performance Grade (PG) laboratory equipment manufactured in the United States, Italy, and Germany.
By employing experienced personnel, this unit continuously monitors and conducts all tests in accordance with ASTM, CE, and Iranian national standards, covering the entire process from raw materials to the final product. This ensures that products meeting current international quality standards are delivered to end users.
Production and Operations Unit:
With a continuous production system in place, the Production Unit operates in three shifts on a 24-hour basis, carrying out production and monitoring activities around the clock. Utilizing the latest instrumentation and PLC systems for process control, all production stages are managed in full compliance with safety principles, while continuously monitoring and controlling all parameters that influence the production process.
